What’s Coming Next?

With the first phases now nearing completion, attention is turning to the next stage of Arkall Green.
The next phase (phase 3 + central open space, sports pitches and community building) of development is expected to be submitted for detailed design approval shortly, with construction anticipated to begin in summer 2027. As well as delivering more homes, this phase will bring forward many of the key community facilities that form the heart of Arkall Green, including:

Additional large areas of public open space and landscaping

Community facilities including Sports Pitches, Changing Facilities and Community Building and Children’s Play.

c. 570 new homes in two sub-phases, including much needed affordable homes.
It is expected that these homes will come forward over two sub-phases, with the first sub-phase comprising approximately 370 homes.
