Arkall Green is creating a new neighbourhood, providing much-needed new homes alongside parks, green spaces, community facilities and new infrastructure. Located off Ashby Road on the eastern edge of Tamworth, it is starting to take shape with the first new residents already living in the community.

It will include new homes, extensive green spaces and community facilities including a new primary school, sports pitches, children's play areas, a community building, a local centre and care home. The new homes will be energy efficient and designed to meet a wide range of local needs, with a strong focus on two and three-bedroom homes alongside some larger 4 and 5 bed family homes. The scheme will include much needed affordable homes and be delivered by specialist affordable housing providers to ensure they meet identified local needs.
